The problem

The data isn't the constraint. There is far too much of it, and the rules that decide what counts run to thousands of pages of registry methodology, IPCC guidance and local regulation. Getting from one to the other takes domain knowledge most teams don't have in-house. Intelligence carries that complexity, and returns an answer for any boundary you can draw.

This is not a validated project design document, and it does not replace a full feasibility study. It is the step before both.

It tells you whether an area is worth serious money, and gives you a credible artefact to open a funding conversation with. We say this here rather than in a footnote, because the alternative is you finding out later and trusting us less.
